Cinnamon bun

It is a brioche-ish enriched bun. Soft, pillowy, like a dream.
What is more impressive is the balance of flavor achieved by the bakers at Mille-Feuille Bakery.
It has right amount of sweetness from the icing compare to traditional American cinnamon bun. But it hits everything like a homemade cinnamon bun. The cinnamon flavor is fantastic as well (not overpowering).
